Caller ID Format issues

Hi All,

I am having an issue with formatting inbound caller ID. When a call comes in I can get either the international format (610405000123) or I can get close to the national format (405000123). What I need is the true national format (0405000123).

I don't think this is possible.
The purpose of reformatting incoming caller-id is to 'normalize' it to e.164 format.

Surely it is possible to get the caller id to display as it should.
