Caller ID formatting when forwarding externally

After updating to V20 we're having caller ID issues when forwarding calls externally or using ring mobile simultaneously.
It's not passing the originator caller ID, instead it's passing our trunk outbound caller ID.
Anyone else have this issue? Have you been able to resolve?
We've tried the parameters in the Caller ID control but the options have significantly reduced from V18 to V20.

I am having a similar issue, found a script for inbound calls, and am wondering if it could be modified to do a similar thing for outbound/forwarded calls?
