Caller ID Issue

Hi,

I just setup 3cx v8. My provider qwest is sending over the callers name using the Display IE in the Setup Msg. I also have my sangoma card configured for IN-SETUP_MSG. Qwest has verified they are sending the data but 3cx is still only displayin the callers phone number and NOT the callers name. How do i have 3cx show the callers name in the assissant and softphone?

You can check the 3CX logs to see if the name is being presented on an incoming call along with the number, that would at least confirm that the PBX is receiving it.
