i am having a problem while setting up 3cx with an audiocodes gateway
i'm using an audiocodes mp114 gateway and everything is setup and working fine, the problem i'm having is getting the Caller ID to work
everytime there is an incoming call i get the extension number which is 10800 instead of the caller id
could someone please shed some light on the matter and explain what could i have setup wrong that could be the cause of this issue
i've checked the settings in the gateway and the caller id is set to enable
