Hello team.
last week we have upgraded to 20 update 3. And one strange issue started. We have Panasonic TGP600 with TPA60 DECT phones, and KX-HDV130 desktop IP phones, when we had used 18 version of 3cx, all caller id was viewed on screen of phone, but after upgrade there is no caller id only caller number.
But we have also SNOM DECT m900 and D712 desktop IP phones, they are OK. and interesting that when call is from SNOM device or any 3cx softphone Caller ID on panasonic devices appears.
i tried to reset panasonic and assign again, no changes... googled this issue and don't find any helpful.
so decide ask here, may be someone can help...

Are the phones connecting via SBC or are they STUN? Had something similar and phones were all STUN (which worked on 18 but not 20). Solution in our case was to put in a RouterPhone and configure the STUN phones to use the RouterPhone.

All phones described upper, is on same LAN with 3cx server (on premise). so there is no need to STUN or connector. But i have never used RouterPhone, can you describe how to do this, maybe it help to us too
