Hello,

I am looking for a solution for a customer who uses 3CX with an OVH SIP trunk and several phone numbers.
These numbers correspond to the company's various stores.

Currently, incoming DID rules are configured on each number to redirect the call to a specific queue.
The agent managing the secretariat receives calls from the different queues on his phone.
The name of the queue displayed before the caller's number lets him know which number has received the call.

For outgoing calls, outgoing rules are used to present the correct number according to the prefix dialed before the phone number.
So the agent dials 10607080910 to display the xxx number for exemple, 20607080910 for the yyy number...

My problem is calling back missed calls. The missed call are stored on the phone in the classic 10-digit form.
If the operator decides to call back the number by selecting it on his SNOM D765 phone or via the 3CX application, the number is dialed without the prefix and the call fails.

I thought I could use caller ID reformatting on the trunk to have the caller's number reformatted to add the prefix, but this feature is only applicable on the whole trunk, and not on each incoming rule. So I can't set a specific prefix to be applied in the caller id reformatting for each incoming number.

Do you have another solution to this problem?

Thank you,
Have a nice day,
Best regards,
Romain.

The only available option for caller ID re-formatting is through the trunk level, but you consider creating an outbound rule where you have the section 'Calls to Numbers with a length of' configured with 10, then prepend the prefix required.

Thank for your answer.

I already have outbound rule to display different phone numbers according to the prefix used.
But my issue is I can't recall a missed call from phone because when I select the number to recall, I can't add a prefixe, the phone number is composed without prefixe so the call doesn't work.
