Solved Caller ID Showing as International Number

We have a few extensions ringing user's cells (not the 3CX app). Whenever someone calls and enters the cell user's extension the cell shows the wrong caller ID. example: 605-111-2222 but shows up as +60 5 111 2222 (Malaysia). Why is this happening? How do I correct this?

If the call is coming into 3CX, then forwarded back out, you'll have to check the 3CX Activity Log to see the format of the caller ID being sent. Does the same thing happen if the same extension calls the mobile directly? Have you done any caller ID re-formatting to add a leading + to any outbound calls?

Is the number being sent the originators, your "main" number, or the DID of the extension?

Solved, we added an Outbound caller ID on the SIP Trunk to address the issue.
