Hello Community,

I'm new here and after I could not log in to the german forum, I will ask my question here.

I installed 3CX on a Raspberry Pi 4 and configured my Firewall to forward all needed Ports from WAN to my Raspberry's IP-Adress.
My ISP here in Austria is Magenta Telekom and all Test with the 3cx boards are apperaing green.
My Firewall is logged in with a static IP at the WAN-Side and the Raspberry has a static IP set too.

The Problem is, that I can call somebody from inside, but I am not able to get calles from outside.
The caller gets the message, that I'm not reachable.

I use this setup for my one person office after my analog telephony was cancelled so I hope anybody could soon help me fix that problem.

Thank you for your help in advance!

I would first check the 3CX Activity Log to see if incoming calls are reaching the PBX, then failing. You may have to set logging level to Verbose.

If you see the call attempts, but they fail, for some reason, then it may be a 3CX issue. If you don't see any sign of an incoming call, then I would contact your provider, to ask what they "see" when sending you an Invite.

Hi @LindnerG

Check if the calls are reaching your PBX either by checking the activity log of the PBX like @leejor suggested or by checking the logs on your firewall. That should tell you if the calls are hitting your system and get rejected from some reason or if the provider is not able to forward these calls to you.

Hello!

Thank you for your answers, but the solution was pretty simple.
I called my ISP and they told me, that even if i entered the User-ID correctly, somehow the 3CX decided to add +43 to it and this caused the issue.
I rebootet the Raspberry and it worked immediately.

I got another question, which I don't know why this could happen:

I installed a SNOM D120 and provisioned it in parallel with a mobile App for my single office user.
This works fine for about one day, but after this time incoming calls always get told to record a message and the phones don't ring.
When I look at the phone/mobile, it sits in DND mode - Could this be the problem?
Why is the phone switching to DND automatically and can I change this somewhere?
I use office hours and they seem to work fine btw.
Is it possible to use the latest 3CX Version on a Raspberry now, because I read about it's not supported anymore?

Thank you for your help in advance!
