Caller number doesnt exist

Hi All,

I have just setup 3cx in the uk. I am having an issue i can make a call to the 3CX number however when i try to call a number it says callers number does not exist. Please help.

To be clear, you have purchased a SIP trunk and when you "make a call to the 3CX number" you are calling a DID rather than an extension number? If so, then my next question is whether you have created an outbound rule?

i dont have any outbound rules can you assist me on setting some.
