Normally when a call comes in (say from 0123456789) it gets filled in the callerid field in the callhistory3 table, and the extension of who answered it (say 5001) gets put in the to_no field.
However, if the person who answers the call (5001) forwards it on to someone else (say 5002) the callhistory3 table then fills in 5001 in the callerid field instead of the original external number 0123456789.
In this case I can't find any trace of the original external number (0123456789) for the call, only the extension it was forwarded from; where can I find the original external number?
Thanks.
