CallerID Name

I am trying to get the calling party Name to be displayed on an Incoming call from my VOIP providers. I know that they provide this data on incoming calls, but I'm seeing the called number in the called name field on my phone. Can any one offer some help with this?

Can you provid a log of a call where that is happening.

Sure someone will point out what field you need to select in the advanced settings of you gateway.
