my 3cx v11 sp4 receives caller ID with name. I know this because I have configured the program to send me an email notification, which usually includes the name of the caller with the phone number.

Is there any way for this information to be accessed from the user interface, or in MyPhone, or through windows directly? My MyPhone window displays the phone number but no other caller information.

I seem to recall someone else having a similar issue but can't find the post.
Does the name show if there is a match to a number/name in the 3CX phonebook?
Outside of North America (with a number of exceptions), provider supplied name display is rare, usually because of the limitations on the CID method used.
