Hi all,

I'm looking for some help to fix a frustrating problem with the 3CX Windows Client.

Whenever I call anyone or accept a call, they simply cannot hear me at all. And I can barely hear them.

I guess it's related to settings in W10 and/or in the client but I can't work it out.

The workstation has: -

Realtek High Definition Audio (onboard the mobo)
Front and rear 3.5mm ports for the headset
SoundBlaster noise-isolating headset with mic
W10

In testing the headset is very clear both with voice and audio playback using Skype, Google Meet and other services, the problem is isolated to 3CX.

I've tried both front and rear 3.5mm ports, which makes no difference.

In the W10 volume mixer, I have 3CX volume at maximum and in the client audio options I have Echo Cancellation and Silence Detection both ticked plus Microphone Gain set to 8. Under Audio Devices in the client I have Microphone, Speaker and Ringing all set to Realtek, with the only other option being Primary Sound Driver changing that makes no noticeable difference.

So...can anyone offer a solution?

P.S. I would add the client version, but I can't find it in the client.
