Good morning,
I appreciate there's a max call length in 3CX which by default is 3 hours, but at what point does this timer start, and then stop? For example, if a customer calls in and after 10 minutes decides to arrange a callback, then that call back sits in the queue for 2:45, then the call comes into a queue and our agent talks to customer for 5 minutes, would we expect the call to drop?
We're trying to troubleshoot why, for alot of calls, 3/4 of the way into the day we seem to be dropping the majority of our calls, and looking at the logs it looks as if 3CX is sending a BYE request on the SIP trunk, and trying to troubleshoot is really difficult!
