As of a week ago, whenever someone calls into one of our queues, the caller ID on Teams desktop just shows the caller's number, and their actual name and doesn't prepend the name with the queue name. On Teams on iOS and Android it does still do this, so we're constantly having to grab our phone to see what queue a call is coming in on.
I haven't changed anything with 3CX in weeks so not sure why it's doing this. The queues all have names as normal, and in the CDR it shows the caller ID as having the name, but Teams desktop doesn't anymore. Mac and PC users are the same, I'm getting people messaging me a lot saying its not displaying the queue name. Wondering if something changed or what to check?
