Solved CALLS ON WEB CLIENT FAILING

I have a 3cx Pro edition. Calls on android app are working well but on the web client they are dropping. What might be causing this and what is the remedy?

What is the headsets they are using? Do they integrate the headset with the Web Client?

I resolved the issue. It was something different and had nothing to do with the PBX itself. Thanks for your willingness to assist.
