Calls show in History but does not ring on extenions

Good Day

I am trying make phone calls from extension to extension. I can hear the call ringing and then it goes to voicemail but does not ring on the extension dialled.
I have tried between 3 devices - 2 androids and 1 iPhone

I have made no changes to my setup - has anyone else experienced this issue at all?

What version of 3CX are you currently running?
Do the extensions have DND enabled?
You're trying to call internally between mobile clients correct?
Can you verify that "PUSH" notifications are enabled on the devices?

1. I am running Verson 16.0.584
2. DND is not enabled
3. Yes trying to call internally between mobile clients only
4. Push notifications are enabled on the devices.

I can confirm if I call from one of the mobile devices it rings in the webclient.
