Calls to go to voicemail when all users on the phone

Hi all,

I wondered if this was something in Call Queues or Ring Group, the minimum time allowed to be set is 5 seconds or 15 seconds for ring time or time out on no answer. If there are say 5 people and only 2 are logged in but both are on the phone how would I set it to go direct to voicemail in that situation?

In a queue you would specify destination no answer > Voicemail with a wait time of 15 seconds (min)

For a ring group you'd specify the ring time with destination no answer > voicemail

in a ring group, if all extensions are not available then it will automatically go to DNA
