Camera image blur in a video call Motorola G9 Play

When making a video call using a mobile client, the camera image is a green mess. Phone Motorola G9 play, Android 10. 3CX mobile client version 16.5.2.55.

You can check whether adjusting the default camera settings helps in resolving this issue. Also check if the issue persists the default camera app.

Hi,

It’s not about the screen issue, just the camera image on the 3CX client. The default camera app is enabled, others are not even installed. I have tried a variety of camera settings, but nothing seems to change the situation. All other applications work with the camera e.g. Teams and 3CX Webmeeting.
