Can’t assign uploaded CFD app – no Call Flow option in 3CX panel

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a CFD app that checks the caller’s number against a list of numbers from a CSV file hosted on Google Drive. The flow builds and compiles successfully in Call Flow Designer.

However, after uploading the generated `.zip` file to my 3CX system (version 20.0, Update 6 – Cloud Hosted), I’m unable to **assign or connect the CFD app** to any incoming calls. Specifically:

❌ I don’t see the “Call Flow Apps” section in the 3CX Admin Console
❌ I can’t assign the app in “Inbound Rules” or any other routing setting
✅ I’m logged into the system using the account that registered the instance

I’ve verified the deployment path and version. The system is hosted entirely in the cloud (no local server), and I manage everything from the 3CX Web Console.

**Question:**
- Is there a specific setting or license requirement to make CFD apps visible in the 3CX admin panel?
- Do I need to activate something for the “Call Flow Apps” option to appear?
- Is CFD support even available in 3CX v20 Free / Trial plans?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I'm confused. Did you manage to upload the ZIP file of the built CFD App into your 3CX server? If you did, you have the option right there to choose when you want the app to be activated.

Hi,
I’d like to clarify my previous message – I mistakenly mentioned that I uploaded the .zip file from the Call Flow Designer, but I now realize that this step is not even possible in my current setup.
Being new I am moving with ChatGPT and I have done so many tests that I am confused.

I'm currently using the 4SC Free cloud version, and as such, I do not see the “Integration > Call Flow Apps” section in the admin portal.
I believe this is why I’m unable to upload or assign the call flow app to a number.

Could someone please confirm whether CFD apps are supported in the free version or if I need to upgrade or request a Pro trial to test my call flow?

Thank you and sorry for the confusion!

Yes, you need to move to PRO.

PRO paid in order to properly use CFDs.
