Can get incoming calls but can not make outgoing calls

We are using the free service and cannot make outgoing calls but the incoming calls are perfect we are useing x-lite to make calls. Can anyone help us please thank you.

Been doing this a lot :lol: . From my little time on this Forum and tinkering with 3CX I believe a high percentage of issues are port related. If your problems continue you should read http://www.3cx.com/forums/categorie...-status-log-and-equipment-in-use-in-posts-93/ and outline / describe complaint as suggested along with posting logs.
