can i edit it with cron Job?

Hello all of you,

I have a FXO trunk connected with dynamic name to the internet, Problem is the internet provider change the IP addresse eache 23 Hour, and my Elstix (Fest IP) los the connection to this trunk until i restart the Asterisk again then is the trunk connected again. Can i solve this problem automaticly with cron job, and how to write a cron job, and where can i put it?

Sure, you can use it.
But what I would do is to get a hostname thorugh dyndns or get a puclis static IP.
