Can I listen in on conversations? ** SOLVED

I want to make sure our sales staff are "saying the right thing" - so can I listen in on conversations.

I know conversations can be recorded - but live listening?

OR

Would one play the recording in a "streaming" way ie start to play it before the call has finished.

Hi,

By installing the 3CX Assistant you can barge in onto a person's call and listen to what they are saying.

Also in Version 10 we are going to release a new "Add on" - Call center edition.

this will contain features like whisper and listen in.

But everyone has the 3CX assistant - I presume.

I only want the senior person (manager) to hear other's calls.

Is that possible?

Add the senior's person's extension to the management group. He becomes a super admin of the pbx and can perform all operations Leave the others as normal users. Areas to check are management console, Extrensions , MANAGEMENT.

You can also create a group from extensions, add extensions group. Add the extensions you want in this group and then ion the rights tab you can select who is the administrator and who are users. Then you can select the rights of the admin and the rights of the users.

I had a brief look at Features/Ideas sections but could not see if you have a list of "features that will be implemented in version X".

Is there such a list?

We do not share this information with the public. You will see the feature list when the first alpha's are released and with every released version, more features will be added according to the roadmap.

When I said "Version X" I did not mean "Version 10" (an unfortunate coincidence) - by "...X" I meant ANY version.
