Can I modify ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP on Hosted systems?

Greetings,

I know that modifications on Hosted systems are limited. Having the following option set to 1 is very important to me, "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP". I am trying to decide if I should use Hosted or Self-Hosted, to make that decision I need to know if I am able to ENABLE ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP.

Hi, there is not access to the PBX Parameters when using Hosted by 3CX, also please note the parameter that you wish is not recommended, adding it can cause issues with hung calls, transfer failures, etc.

Alternatively, If you need agents taking multiple calls in the queue they can start using call parking, so once the active call is parked the agent will be available in the queue one more time and can answer another call.
