Can I rename sbc tunnel?

I noticed a while ago that our sbc tunnel has an odd somewhat random name. I have never set this name personally, and we've been running since v11 I think.upgrading along the way, so I suppose at some point 3cx renamed it automatically.

sbc.randomlettersandnumbers.3CXSBC15.5.morenumbers

I'm assuming that I can change this but I'd just like to make sure. Would I also need to do anything on the on PC where the sbc is hosted?

If it's just the display name, it's under SIP Trunks > click the SBC > Connection Information > Name. You can rename that.

More often than not, once created, you cannot re-name entities, on 3CX. I suspect, that if the name change is important, then you will have to create a new trunk, using the same information, during an "off" period.

I stand corrected. Had not attempted an SBC re-name before. I had incorrectly assumed that they had already, unsuccessfully, attempted to re-name it.
