Can not make calls to external FXS-FXO

Hello people,

I am new in 3CX, and i'm having some really extrange problem.

I configure the PBX in a lan an everithing works fine, some softphones and some cisco 7905. I also have a micronet sp5014 (2 fxs- 2 fxo) it works fine with lan extensions.

We also have a linksys PAP2 and a micronet sp5012 (1fxs-1fxo) in two remote locations, everithing was working fine with another free VOIP PBX (Axon). I have a quick test to 3CX and is really great, so i try to migrate from the old VOIP PBX to 3CX.

The thing is that the remote extensions or PSTN lines register OK, but i can't inisiate a call.

I don't know if the RPT part is working fine, because a can't even start the ringing in the other side.

I test some softphone whit a dial-up, to test the external configs, and it works fine, but i can change the default RPT ports, and always the audio channel is in 20000 or 21000 range port. Iconfigure the internal and external ports to be 60000 to 63000, but the only way to make the audio work in this port is with Media server. But the sound quality is not good.
The extrange part of this is that the device registers OK and it was workin fine whit the other PBX, so i think the forwarding is OK.

Just to upgrade the detail of the error the system logs looks like that:

[CM103002] Call(7): Incoming call from 555 (Ext.555) to sip:[email protected]:5060

[CM005001] Forward loop detected for destination 503Forward history:{503}

[CM104008] Call(7): Call from Ext.555 to 503 terminated; cause: 408 Request Timeout; internal

[CM103005] Call(7) is rejected: Destination is not answering


I don't know if the registration is correct, at the other VOIP PBX the outside devices register as:

[email protected]:5060 with the remote ip address, here the registered address is the local one [email protected]:5060

the Forward Loop part of the log looks bad. Do you have an extension A forwarding to extension B and then have B frowarding to A?
