Can not save settings in the webui for some extensions

This problem began a week ago. I noticed that some extensions could not be changed. I can not edit it at all. When I hit the blue 'OK' at the top it does nothing. I have found no errors in the logs. In Firefox I decided to inspect the element and it shows an error (I removed our subdomain for security reasons.)

We are running 15.5SP5 on Linux.

If you are pressing the OK button and nothing happens that would suggest that a setting in the extension is not correct. Navigate through the tabs and check that all settings are correctly applied.
For example check the codecs under options and that a mobile number is present if you have a forwarding rule that forwards to mobile.

That was my thought, but I see nothing lighting up in red. It does seem like a field is empty but I have no idea what one. I can continue to troubleshoot but I don't know what field could be off. I went through all the tabs for the extension.

Check the extensions passwords for special characters and try again.
