I have a 3cx install fresh on Google Cloud. I then used a configuration file I had from a 3CX install from home that went down, and now when I call out, I cannot hear anything on the other end after the third ring.

If I have them call me, then its no issue.

I'm using gvgw.simonics.com, the 3CX softphone for Windows and Android, and using Google Cloud to host it.

I can try to post my log file somewhere if you'd like to see whats going on. I seeThere's another STUN server that resolves to the same IP at the bottom and Call has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5488 also at the bottom of the log file

Thank you

Probably a networking issue. Does your firewall have SIP ALG active? Are you using STUN? You might want to try this with SBC.

Its through Google Cloud, I have no access to the networking

And I am using STUN

Presumably you have access to the networking at your site. Sounds like you didn't follow the guide for stun configuration?

Hello @302Industries

By configuration file you mean backup? DId the backup contain licence and FQDN information? Also what version is the PBX you are running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard under the information column.

Yes, I used a backup file I created before my pbx in house went down. It was a full backup including the License Key and FQDN. My version is 15.5.13103.5.

I'll upload my current log file also.

Thank you

Here is an updated log file after making a call, and then receiving a call

Thank you

I deleted the log files as they contained sensitive information not meant to be shared in a public forum. I did not see anything that could cause the issue in the logs however.
Does the call complete when you call out? Can you answer the call when you call your cell for example? The only issue is with the audio? if so have you tried a different provider to see if you face the same issue?
