Dear 3CX user,
I've followed all the steps from the following guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/whatsapp-integration/
I can recieve messages perfectly fine, but I can't send anything back. it instantly gives a red cross when I try to send the message.
If I look in the event logs I can see the following:

Is there anything I do wrong, or do I miss a setting? My PBX runs on 18.0 (Build 384)
Hope to hear from you.

Hi Jasper,

It appears the message you tried to send was rejected by Whatsapp.

Was this just a plain text reply or did it include anything like file attachments?

As I said here that I followed all the steps, I was wrong.

I couldn't see the +add whatsapp button in the webclient. Does this couse this error im having?
Also the Office settings button is nowhere to be seen. I only have "Apps" and "Admin" in the left bottom corner

As per the instructions, the Webclient method is for 3CX StartUP.

The Management console method (for Pro and Ent. 3CX) is for dedicated installations.

Is this a test PBX running in multicompany?

My bad.
This is a test PBX indeed, how can I check if it is multicompany? We only use it for one company if that is what you mean.

That was a test parameter for the alpha, if you are not aware of it and did not change it then you are fine.

Take a look again at the instructions, make sure the webhook is in place!

I just removed my old webhook in the Meta portal. Copied it again from my siptrunk and added it into the Meta portal again.
Still can't send anything back. I'm also subscribed on the messages webhook field.

Have you also looked at the limitations? They are at the bottom of the guide and are important to note.

In addition, don't use the whatsapp number on any existing trunks either during this test. Use a unique DID.

I have looked at them yes. They don't apply to me, I only use the test number I got from Meta, I'm not using it anywhere else.

I just did step 2 to step 5 again but still can't send anything. I also had to do a data use checkup, maybe that was it but I completed this checkup, still can't send any messages.

Hello Jasper,
Do you use WhatsApp test number or you connect production number?
The behavior for test and production is not the same. For test number you can send only to numbers, that you have added to "To" list on "Getting Started Page".
