Can We forward a voicemail to another extension from Web App

Our staff does not use the voicemail to email for a variety of reasons. What we are looking for is a way to forward a voicemail from the Voicemails list in the windows App of Web Client to another extension. Currently users listen to the VM from the app but then have to log into their voicemail to in order to forward it.

Is there a wasy to forward from the list in the App? If not this would be a great feature to add.

Currently it's not possible to do this from the Web Client as mentioned in your post.

I'd suggest contacting a 3CX partner to have this escalated on your behalf.

Unfortunately, 3CX does not offer an API for their client applications (Windows, MAC, Android, iOS, Web). The closest we can get to your requirements is to open a separate tab in your browser for a tool like our 3CX Voicemail Manager.

Our tool makes it simple to forward voicemails to your colleagues and include an introduction at the start of the voicemail. For example, something like "Hey Jim, this customer wants to place a new order" followed by the original voicemail.
