Can you listen to VMs from other extensions pressing one key

Hello.

I find this solution for listening to VMs from other extensions and its working when typing the requestet information manually:

“Please note that if you dial the voicemail extension you will asked for the voicemail pin of the extension you dialled from. If you dial # at that point the system will request for an extension number. At that point you can login to the voicemail box of any extension as long as you know the voicemail pin of course.”

Is it possible to store this procedure in a custom speed dial? So the user can access an other mailbox with one key?

Please note this is currently not possible. I would recommend posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
