I am using 3cx v14 . When i am trying to change the email address of an extension , it disallows me to change and it says because it is used by webmeeting account therefore i need to delete the webmeeting account first.
But under webmeeting in the left menu, all the accounts are grey and i cannot change anything. Does anyone know how to delete the web meeting account so that i can change email address?
