I attempted to log into my SMB instance today and when I choose My Systems on the menu - it redirects me to a page that says:

Subscription Required

To access your account, a Self Managed or
3CX Hosted subscription is required.

The page after my successful login shows that my SMB instance is deployed as well.

Did something change in regards to SMB instances?

Same issue as of 15 minutes ago… sent off a message to US support. Hopefully we get a resolution here.

You must login directly to the SMB instance

Note that 3CX SMB is provided as is - free of charge - without any guarantuee of service or customer support.

Would you provide updated guidance on how to go about that? As per documentation and the way we have all been accessing the admin portal; you logged into the main 3CX website and the clicked “Admin Portal”? If there’s a new way to do so, would be nice if that were disseminated.

Cant even sumbit email ticket through my account cannot see my trunks, cannot retreive my ivr menus or audio cannot do anything

You guys need to access your pbx directly over your fqdn not the customer portal.

as Nick and @bitn2 already mentioned, access to the instance where your SMB is hosted is permitted. So all you need to do is access your system by going directly to xxxx.3cx.cloud (xxxx being the id of your SMB host).

Can't remember the FQDN? On creation of the SMB account an email with subject "Welcome to your 3CX System" is sent to you and it includes the FQDN.
