Hey everyone,
I'm trying to get the free version of 3cx up and running before we purchase our Enterprise license, however I'm running into a deal breaking issue.
First let me tell you how things are setup.
Dedicated External IP -> Mapped to internal IP of 3cx server at 10.10.1.200 via our Juniper SSG-140
Local clients on the 10.10.1.x subnet
The 3cx server is up and running and I can successfully connect to other callers using the 3cx provided SIP phone client.
However when attempting to dial 999 the softphone connects, but I never hear anything. No prompts, no error speech, nothing.
Here is my log during the voicemail attempt.
As this is a directly mapped IP to our internal address of 10.10.1.200, there is no firewall on our 3cx server which is running windows 2003 enterprise.
All NAT destinations are mapped directly to the internal IP.
But the issue here is with internal callers trying to get to the voicemail system.
Am I missing a configuration step here somewhere? We just setup the system, no other configuration has been completed as we're waiting for our SIP trunk provider to get back to us with our provisioned accounts.
There are no inbound our outbound rules, no Digital Receptionists, call queues or ring groups.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as we need to have a working system in place by the end of next week.
Thanks very much,
Matt
