Hello,
I have a 3CX webpanel setup. My line provider is Bell. I have two computers one with a 3CX phone system, another with the 3CX SBC. YeaLink voip phone. I have a grandstream HT841.
The computers are on a different subnet than the VoIP phones and Grandstream.
On the 3CX web panel the trunk, sbc and call handling all show green. When I run a test its all green checkmarks.
When I make an outbound call from the yealink I can see the softphone open up on the my 3CX webpanel. However the number i call never rings. I can't send or receive calls.
I'm sure there is an obscure setting somwhere I am missing
The log files in 3CX state "35002 There was no user or outbound rule found for the number "phonenumber" that Ext.24610 dialed"
I do have an outbound rule
Calls to numbers with a length of 10
Route 1 Bell-Granstream FXO strip no digits
Thanks!
