Cannot Disconnect FQDN

Good Day.

Our customer wants to replace FQDN for a custom one. It's a 32 SC PRO. The options in systems to Disconnect FQDN is missing. I'm aware that we have to re install to change it. We've done it before. But the option is missing to Disconnect the assigned FQDN.


Should I Just re install and change FQDN for a custom one?

The FQDN disconnect option is only available to the license owner and you must be logged in to the portal.3cx.com with the email address that is used for the license account registration.
You cannot disconnect the FQDN from the partner portal.
