Cannot log onto admin interface

Hi,

I am trying to log into the admin interface to make some extension changes however it wouldn't accept my password. I am not trying to reset the password however I am not getting the emails, I have checked junk filters, office 365 quarantine however no sign of the email.

What is the process from here to gain access to that? I am able to log into my extension and also portal.3cx.com with no issue.

You extension is also the System Owner?
In the forgot password you are using the admin email?
