Solved Cannot login into 3CX Customer Portal

I'm unable to log in to the partner portal

I am trying to login here: https://portal.3cx.com/login,

The webpage just goes white and loops. Changing from "https://portal.3cx.com/login" to "https://portal.3cx.com/login#id_token=XXXXX" and back again.

I just tried in a private window. It got to the white page. I waited (only) a couple seconds, and refreshed the page, and it continued on. I didn't see a loop. Try a private window or different browser if you can, I've found sometimes on various sites a corrupted cookie can cause weird problems.

Tried again in a incognito as well as Chrome and Firefox after clearing the cache. Still not working for me or my coworkers on their computers. (I am in Korea and they are in Texas.)

Are you trying from the same public ip?
Using your mobile in 4G connection the issue is the same?

Interesting it does work on my Phone but not mine or my coworkers PCs. And we are on opposite sides of the world.

Got it working for me, I will check with my coworker. My system clock was off by just a couple minutes and was causing the site to think the token was expired.

Yes time drift can cause this.
