Cannot migrate Algo SIP Alerter from STUN to local SBC

Hi,

Just installed a Pi based SBC and have been able to reconnect all handsets apart from the Algo SIP Alerter, the one that I thought would be much happier connecting via the SBC!!

The error I get is as follows

sip:[email protected]: Register: err = 111, Connection refused

All other phones have connected on port 5060

Any ideas what could be causing this?

@hlfb You will need to use the supported phones when connecting them to the PBX via the SBC, and Algo SIP Alerter is not something we support. Supported phones can be found here.
