Solved Cannot preview images in chat - 3CX Android App

Good morning everyone,
Some colleagues and I have noticed that if we send an image with the 3cx app chat, on android, instead of previewing the image, "photo.jpg" comes out.
This doesn't happen with iPhone.
It happens with both Samsung A41 and Crosscall M5 (rugged smartphone).
Do you have any ideas to solve this?

PS: I am attaching screenshots of the chat, the above image taken with IPhone, the second, always the same photo, sent from Android.

Thanks for your feedback.

This usually happens cause the image resolution taken from the particular device is bigger than 4K resolution [4096]
Internally, we have limitations: max image dimension for preview currently is Full Frame 4k (4096)

Do you have access to the Webclient of these extensions? You shouldn't see a preview on Webclient either if this is the case.
You can also try to download the image, open it in your preferred Photo viewer app, and check the resolution details to confirm the resolutions of the image you are trying to send.
