Is there anyway we can add the feature to display abandoned queue calls in the APP? We have customers that work out of hours using the APP and when they miss a call from a queue they cannot ring it back as the number is not displayed in the history of the APPs calls.
We can send emails of abandoned calls to an email address but its no good really if the user does not have access to emails as they are out and about. We have a lot of care workers on call etc.
