Solved Cant add Account

Hello,

Everytime I try to add the accoutn to my Windows App I keep just getting a blank screen. Any help on this

Thank you for replying. Currently I am intergrating 3cx with twillo and I have done this and able to recieve incoming phone calls when I am logged in on the web version of 3cx. I make a inbound phone call and I recieve it through the web version.

When I downloaded the windows app - I clicked on configue accounts on the app and I just keep getting a black screen and no details on entering in my username and/or password or anything just a black screen and I have had this for the last 5 hours

Thanks for your update. where did you download the Windows app?

Please try the following steps:

1st Step:

You have to get a Welcome Email of your extension and there you can find you attached config file for your Windows Client. Just download the .config file and open it with the Installed windows client. it will automatically configure your extension.
