Solved Can't change the link of WebMeeting

Hi, I noticed that the link of my web meeting does not change. Even if I finish the web meeting (nos just leave), when I open a webmeeting again, the link remains the same.

How do I change the link of my webmeeting?

Hi,

The webmeeting will automatically expire a few days later after its scheduled start date.

You can also delete the meeting from your webclient and it will expire straight away.

If you schedule a newer meeting you should get a new link for it.

Hi @JohnS_3CX , thanks for the answer.

However, even though I click on "end meeting", the link remains the same.
Procedures I'm doing:
- Access my extension's webclient;
- I click on webmeeting;
- I log in;
- I click on the button and the link is copied;
- I pass this link to my guests to connect;
- After I finish the meeting, I click on the red icon and choose "end meeting";
- The next day, when I am going to open a new webmeeting session and redo the procedure above, when I click the button to copy the link, the address that is copied is the same address as the previous session.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Hi @FACCR , if you need to create different links for each meeting then you need to create meetings throw "Schedule Conference",

New Conference > then select Video > then select WebMeeting

Indeed, what you were creating was a quick ad-hoc meeting.

Scheduled ones will generate their own link: one for you specifically as the organizer, and if you include emails of participants, they will get their own custom link per participant.

Once you delete that meeting, both your custom link, and the links generated for all participants will also be deleted. If they try re-using those links they will get a message that the meeting was not found.
