Solved Can't download configuration file from provisioning URL

Hi,

two weeks ago i was still able to add new handsets and configuration files did get synced between 3cx v20 and snom m900

however, when trying to add another handset today, i saw in the log file from the snom, that it was unable to retrieve the configuration file from the 3cx system
i tried to retrieve the file through different web browsers, but i always got error :

Für folgende Webadresse wurde keine Webseite gefunden: http://10.64.0.49:5000/provisioning/if8xe5d05k/.


HTTP ERROR 404

i get the same error when access the 3cx vm on prem and trying to access the provision with wget for example

what is going wrong? how can i fix this again? If any possible i do not want to redeploy the dect confiruation, at least i do not want to setup all phone and aps again, as this was very time consuming

I've removed your message because it had enough private information there for me to access your config files. Please post carefully

Please try to restart your server when you have the opportunity. Afterwards, try to download the config file in an incognito window, pasting it exactly as I describe here from a PC on the same LAN as the PBX:

http://10.64.0.49:5000/provisioning/if8xe5d05k/cfg0000000000000000

(Simply replace the zeroes with your MAC that you entered in the 3CX DECT config page)

Ok, this seems to work. and yes, we have deployed split dns according to your guide.

i found the problem: the snom m900 today claimed it did run out of space. so i rebooted it, and voila, it loaded the configuration just fine.

i will monitor this
