can't get addons from addon tab

Hi,all. installed elastix, tried to get addones through addonns tab and I am getting this message.
The system can not connect to the Web Service resource. Please check your Internet connection. SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://webservice.elastix.org/modules/addons_availables/webservice/addons.wsdl'

I checked internet connection it is ok. Ping to google and mirror.elastix.com is good. Could you please point me, where to look. Thank you.

Sure... You must do those tests from your elastix server, not from your PC
