Hi, my voip provider acepts registration only with auth id of such kind: number@domain. If I put such id I get registration string like sip:+number%40domain@domain:5060 and then failed registration because of wrong user. Seems that 3cx can't make it sip:"+number@domain"@domain:5060 or sip:+number@domain@domain:5060 and always replaces first "@" with "%40"

could you please fix it oк make a workaround?

Hello @mar1boro

Please note that you cannot use special characters in the Authentication ID field of the sip trunk. The PBX will translate it to US-ASCII.
The only thing i can recommend is to use a supported provider that will never require a special character in the Auth ID field.

I see I can't use "@" in 3cx , but I also see other people who use asterisk or othe products and deal with that voip provider good. Please, offer your customers an opportunity or workaround to work in conditions that match or not worse.
