Can't Get Inbound Calls To Work (Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking)

Hi, I'm testing 3CX on free cloud and managed to go through the auto setup of Twilio, and was able to make calls, but can't receive calls. Tried it all, but it always fails with 407 Proxy Authentication Required.

Is the number you are calling added to the PBX DID list correctly?

Hi, Yannish.
I’m calling from my personal mobile phone, from Brazil, using the e164 format.
I didn’t find any info on the docs or internet about adding external numbers to the PABX.
I can use the 3CX to call this and other numbers, but can receive any calls.

To narrow it down a bit more, the DID number I’m using is the Trunk number provided by Twilio, and it’s set to my user. The test call from Twilio works.

Since I'm trialing the free cloud, I don't believe I have this option (Admin > Advanced > E164). I've removed or redacted some info, but it's all filled in with the correct data, I suppose.

I can make calls, but I’m still unable to receive them, it shows the same error.

Hi @arth.med, I made it work some time ago. The workaround was to change the server port to 5001 (or another, which I don't recall specifically. You can test with it or use auto) to receive the verification call. Then, change back to 5851.
