Solved Cant get past 2FA

Hi

i've got a v20 install and i've come to log in as System Owner and it's asking me to setup 2fa.

when I try setting it up in ITGlue or Microsoft authenticator it tells me the security code is invalid when I type it in..

any help?

This, but not "close"...correct. If it's off by enough seconds that throws off the calculation and the code is only good within I think a 30 second window. Had a situation once where time was "correct" until they finally relented and enabled auto time sync on their phone and it started working.

My phone and PC were correct. Couldnt get logged in to the OS cos I forgot the password so i've just reinstalled it.

I dont know, I didnt turn it back on. It's only my play install.

Can you test for one extension(not the system owner)?

2FA works. I wonder if when I was putting this together I didnt set the region right, maybe the time was off but now i'll never know.
