Hi Team,
Im currently working on implementing zero-rated data for a group of users, who will be using the 3CX mobile application. During our initial testing with our ISP, I have confirmed that the app can successfully register even when user SIM card has no data bundles. However, we are experiencing a challenge with calls, e.g., extension-to-extension calls. When attempting to dial, the app remains stuck at “Dialing” — no dial tone is heard, and the call is never initiated or received while in zero-rated mode however this works perfect when it is users are connected to internet. Interestingly, the chat feature works as expected under the same zero-rated setup. While troubleshooting, we noticed that the service firebaselogging-pa.googleapis.com is unreachable. Could you anyone help understand whether this service is required for call functionality on the 3CX mobile app? My guess here is that this is used for push notification but im not sure.
