Can't make calls out but I can receive calls

I am running Azure and I have configured it the same way I did on google cloud but I can't make a call out. i downloaded the log file and this is what it says

I see different errors there.

"Call from [1000] to [3925448] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+39].

This means that you need to allow the PBX to call that specific country. You can do this from the security tab in the settings page.

Here it looks like you are getting a 403 Forbidden message from your provider. Make sure you are using the correct number format and if its an IP based provider make sure you have added your new IP to the allowed IP list in the providers side. If that fails then contact your provider and ask why they are rejecting the call. They should be able to point you to the right direction.
